Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.

Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(a) Entire pack (150 gms) containing NANA’S GOAN PRAWN SAMARACHI CURRY PASTE (b) Dried Prawns – Approx. 30 gms. – Wash and drain (c) Fresh Prawns – Approx. 30 gms. – Shell, devein, wash and drain
(d) Coconut Milk – Thick (Canned or extracted from fresh Coconut) Approx. 200 ml. (e) Onion – 1 Medium sized – Chopped fine – fried in Cooking Oil till golden brown.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(f) Salt and (g) Cooking Oil – As required

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
(I) To the (a) fried Onions, add the (b) NANA’S GOAN PRAWN SAMARACHI CURRY PASTE, and (c) the pouch containing the Dried Mango Solan, and stir-fry for some time, on a low flame
(II) Add Water depending on the thickness and consistency of the Curry required, and bring it to a boil. Add the (a) Coconut Milk. Add the (b) Prawns (dried and fresh)
(III) Cover and simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the Prawns are thoroughly cooked, and the curry is of the desired consistency. CHECK for salt. SERVE HOT. (The curry gets better as it ages).
