Red Chilly, Coriander seeds, Turmeric Powder, Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Carom, Pepper

 Always use a dry spoon.

Recipe

Suggested Receipe : Roast 1 Cup grated Coconut until golden brown and grind coarsely. Saute 2 sliced onions until golden brown and add grated coconut mixture and 1 tbsp or as required of Judes Xacuti Masala and cook until oil separates. Add diced meat/vegetables (about 800 gms) and saute for sometime. Add 2 cups water and salt to taste. bring to a boil and add 1 tbsp tamarind pulp and pinch of grated nutmeg. Cook until done
