Method
For 1 kg Pork,Steak or Chicken Add 1 1/2Tablespoon of Goa2Gulf Goan Vindaloo Masala,1 Tomato,2 large onions,a piece of Ginger,10 Flakes of Garlic and 15gms Tamarind.Grind all to fine paste.saute this Mixture in 3 Tablespoon of oil till mixture leaves the side of the pan.Add water an bring it to a boil.Add previously boiled meat and cook foe 15 minutes.Add vinegar and salt to taste
