Method
For 1kg Pork and 1/2 kg liver.boil all the meat,cut into fine cubes and roast on a non stick pan till brown and keep aside. Add 2 Tablespoon of Goa2Gulf Goan Sorpotel Masala,4 Green chillies,3 large onions,a piece of ginger, 1 pod garlic and 15gms Tamarind.Grind all to a fine paste.Saute this mixture in 3 Tablespoon of oil till mixture leaves the side of the pan.Add the roasted meat and cook for 30 minutes.add vinegar and salt to taste
