Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.

Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY  INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(a) Entire pack (150 gms.) NANA’S GOAN FISH  JEEREM MEEREM CURRY  PASTE (b) FISH ( Mackerel / Kingfish / Sardines / ANY FISH ) Approx . 250 gms. Wash, drain and cut it into desired pieces. Season with  salt , and keep it aside for some time  to marinate. If desired, lightly / partially fry the fish on both sides (c) Onions – 3 Medium sized – Chopped fine.
(d) Tomatoes – Half (1/2) – Chopped fine (e) Green Chiles – Slit ( 1 or 2 ) – Optional

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(f) Salt and (g) Cooking Oil – As required

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
(I) Stir fry in (a) hot Cooking Oil (b) the chopped Onions, till golden brown, followed by the (c) Tomato, till soft (d) Add the green chilies (Optional)
(II) Add NANA’S GOAN FISH JEEREM- MEEREM CURRY PASTE and continue to stir-fry on a low flame. Add water depending on the thickness and consistency of the curry required, and bring the mixture to a boil
(III) Add the FISH pieces, Cover and simmer, till the fish is thoroughly cooked, and the gravy turns slightly thick. CHECK for salt. SERVE HOT.
