Red Chilies, Onion, Tamarind, Garlic, Purified Water, Salt, Spices & Condiments, Yeast Extract Powder and Preservative (INS 211)

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.

Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY  INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(a) Entire pack (150 gms) containing  NANA’S GOAN EGG DROP GRAVY PASTE (b) Whole raw Eggs (4 to 5 Nos.) OR Boiled eggs (4 to 5 Nos.) – pricked all over (c) Onion – 1 Medium sized – Chopped fine (d) Tomato – 1 Medium sized – Chopped fine (e) Coconut Milk – Thick (Canned or Extracted from fresh Coconut) – Approx. 200 ml.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(f) Salt and (g) Cooking Oil – As required

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
(I) Stir fry in (a) hot Cooking Oil (b) the chopped Onions, till golden brown, followed by the (c) chopped Tomato, till soft.

(II) Add the (a) NANA’S GOAN EGG DROP GRAVY PASTE, and continue to stir-fry on a low flame for some time. Add Water depending on the thickness and consistency of the gravy required, and bring it to a boil. Add the (b) Coconut Milk

(III) If using :- * Whole raw Eggs : Crack open each egg into a bowl first and then drop it into the boiling curry. Keep a gap between each egg drop so that the eggs don’t get stuck to each other.  * Boiled eggs : Add it directly to the boiling curry. Cover and simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the eggs are thoroughly cooked, and the curry is of the desired consistency. CHECK for salt. SERVE HOT.
