Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack containing NANA’S GOAN  PRAWN/ FISH CURRY PASTE – with Kokum (Solam) (+) COCONUT MIX (b) Fish / Prawns: (Approx. 250 gms.) – Cut the Fish into desired pieces / Shell and de-vein the Prawns. Season with Salt, and keep it aside.

COMMON INGREDIENT REQUIRED

(e) Salt – As Required

3 STEPS – COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine (a) NANA’S GOAN PRAWN/ FISH CURRY PASTE (with Kokum (Solam) (+) COCONUT MIX
  • (II) Add (a) Water depending on the consistency of the Curry required. Then add (b) the seasoned FISH / PRAWNS.
  • (III) Cover and simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the FISH / PRAWNS are thoroughly cooked, and the curry is of the desired consistency. CHECK for Salt. SERVE HOT.

  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD COCONUT MILK

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
