Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a)  Entire pack (150 gms.) – NANA’S GOA CUTLET SEASONING PASTE.

(b) Meat (Chicken / Beef / Lamb) – (Approx. 400 gms.) Clean, wash, cut and Marinate with Salt and mince it to a coarse finish. OR Fish (Mackerel / Kingfish / Tuna) – (Approx. 400 gms.) – Clean, wash and marinate with Salt. Boil, debone, and mash it to a coarse finish. OR Prawns – (Approx. 400 gms.) – Shell and de-vein. Marinate with salt and mash / mince it to a coarse finish. (c) Onions 2 medium – finely cut. (d) Coriander leaves – 2 full tablespoons chopped. (e) Green Chilies – 2 – finely cut. (f) Lemon Juice – of one full lemon. (g) Egg – 1 – beaten. (h) Semolina or Bread crumbs – As required.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(I) Salt and (j) Cooking Oil – As required.

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine and mix all the above ingredients, (except the Semolina / Bread crumbs), to make a thick mixture. CHECK, for Salt.
  • Shape the mixture in round or oval shaped cutlets (OR Croquettes). Roll and coat it with Semolina / Bread crumbs.
  • Shallow pan fry in hot cooking oil, till done, and SERVE HOT

Ingredients

Vinegar, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Red Chilles, Purified Water, Spices and Condiments, Refined Sunflower Cooking Oil, Salt Sugar Yeast Extract Powder, Paprika Oleoresin and Preservative (INS 211)

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
