Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms.) NANA’S GOAN STEAK SEASONING PASTE.

Meat (Beef) (Approx. 750 gms.) – Clean, wash, slice and pound to flatten the Meat. Season with Salt, and set it aside.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(b) Salt and (c) Cooking Oil – As required. (d) ACCOMPANIMENTS (OPTIONAL): Fried Eggs, and Fried Potato finger chips.

3 STEPS – COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine and mix well (a) the seasoned Meat and (b) NANA’S GOAN STEAK SEASONING PASTE. Mix well, and set it aside for more than an hour to marinate. The longer the better.
  • In a frying pan, shallow fry in hot cooking oil,  the marinated Meat slices, turning them occasionally, till both the sides are well cooked and done.
  • SERVE HOT with Fried Eggs, and fried Potato finger chips.

  • ADDITIONAL VINEGAR CAN BE ADDED AS PER INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCE

Ingredients

Vinegar, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Red Chilies, Purified Water, Spices and Condiments,  Refined Sunflower Cooking Oil, Salt, Sugar,  Yeast Extract Powder, Paprika Oleoresin and Preservative (INS 211)

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
