Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilies, Spices and Condiments, Salt, Yeast Extract powder, Paprika Oleoresin and Preservative (INS 211)

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.

Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY  INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(a) Entire pack (150gms.) containing NANA’S GOAN  SAUSAGE MEAT SAESONING PASTE (b) Pork Meat : (Approx. 600 gms.) ( de-skinned ).
(c) Salt – As Required

3 STEPS – COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
(I) Wash the Pork Meat and cut it into small pieces / cubes. Marinate it with salt and keep it under weight to thoroughly drain out all the water.

(II) Add NANA’S GOAN  SAUSAGE MEAT SEASONING PASTE, to the above Meat, and mix thoroughly. Keep this mixture aside (preferably in the sun) for 2 to 3 days stirring it occasionally
(III) Once ready, the same can be stored in an air-tight glass bottle, or traditionally filled inside dried guts and sun-dried for a couple of days.
