Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms.) – NANA’S GOAN MINCE (KHEEMA) SEASONING PASTE (b) Minced Meat (Beef / Lamb / Chicken) – (Approx. 500 gms.) – Season with Salt and keep it aside (b) Onions – 3 medium – finely chopped (c) Potatoes – Cubed – (Approx. 50 gms.) (d) Green Peas – Shelled – (Approx. 50 gms.) (e) Carrots (Optional) – Cubed – (Approx. 50 gms.)

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Salt and (b) Cooking Oil – As required. (c) Fresh Coriander Leaves – chopped – for garnishing.

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Apply half of the (a) NANA’S GOAN MINCE (KHEEMA) SEASONING PASTE, to (b) the minced and seasoned Meat. Mix well, and keep it aside to marinate, for about 30 minutes.
  • Stir-fry in hot cooking oil the chopped (a) Onions till golden brown. Then add (b) the marinated minced Meat. Add (c) the remaining SEASONING PASTE, and continue to stir-fry further for some more time. Add (d) Water, and then add the (e)Potatoes, (f) Peas, and (g) the Carrots (Optional)
  • Cover and simmer, on a low flame, till the mince is cooked and done. CHECK for Salt. Garnish with (a) Fresh Coriander Leaves and SERVE HOT

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
