Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms) – NANA’S MEAT ROAST SEASONING PASTE. (b) MEAT [Beef / Pork / Chicken]: (1.0 KG). – Cut it into large pieces, and pierce it all over. Season with salt and set it aside. (c) Dried Red Chilies (optional) – 1 or 2. (d) Onions (2 medium) -Finely chopped. (e) Potato finger chips.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(f) Salt and (g) Cooking Oil – As required. (h) Coriander Leaves Chopped – For garnishing.

3 STEPS – COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • To the Meat chunks rub in (a) NANA’S MEAT ROAST SEASONING PASTE, and marinate it for 2-3 hours.
  • In hot Cooking oil stir-fry the (a) Red Chilies, (Optional) followed by the (b) Onion till golden brown. Add to this the (c) marinated Meat chunks and fry it for some time turning frequently. Transfer the fried Meat chunks to a pressure cooker. Add water as required and pressure cook for about 30 minutes, till the Meat becomes tender.
  • Remove the Meat from the cooker, and cut it into slices. Simmer it in an open pan for 5 – 6 minutes, along with the gravy from the cooker, till the gravy become thick, and coats the Meat pieces. CHECK for Salt. Garnish with (a) chopped Coriander leaves. SERVE HOT with (b) Potato finger chips.

  • VINEGAR CAN BE ADDED AS PER INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCE.

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
