KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(a) Contents of this pack – As required – NANA’S GOAN MASALA SEAFOOD FRY SEASONING PASTE (b) Mackrel / Pomfret / Kingfish / Squids / Prawns, OR Any Seafood of your choice – Clean, wash, drain, and cut into desired pieces. Season it with (c) Salt and (d) Turmeric, and marinate it for sometime.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
(e) Salt and (f) Cooking Oil – As required (g) Onion / Tomato Rings & Coriander Leaves – for garnishing

1 – STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
LIGHTLY / PARTIALLY pan fry the Seafood, in hot cooking oil, on both the sides, and remove the same from the pan. Add the GOAN MASALA SEAFOOD FRY SEASONING PASTE to the same pan, and stir – fry the same. Re – add the fried Seafood to the pan. Continue to gently fry on a low flame, turning it occasionally till the Seafood is thoroughly fried, and the Seasoning Paste, coats the Seafood. CHECK for Salt. Garnish with Onion / Tomato Rings & Coriander Leaves. SERVE HOT.
