 Always use a dry spoon.
Recipe
Take abt 3 heaped tblspoons of Judes Chicken Curry Powder and grind with half coconut, 2 onions, 8 flakes garlic, 1 piece ginger and grind fine.. In a vessel put a little oil, fry the masala well till oil separates. add 1 kg chicken ( cut and washed), salt to taste. Cook on slow flame till done. Add 2 spoons vinegar. Add hot water to make the curry to required consistency
