Method
For 1/2 kg prawns(1/4 kg dry + 1/4 kg fresh)Clean apply salt and keep it aside.1 medium size Coconut,grind and squeeze out of the milk(thick milk),grind once again and squeeze out out of the milk(thin milk)and keep both separately.soak little Tamarind in watwe,make pulp and keep asid.Cut 4 onions finely saute in oil till light brown,add prawns and saute for 5 minutes,add tamarind pulp,Bimbless,pieces of dry mango,jaggery,thin milk and 50gms of Goa2Gulf Samarachi Codi(curry) Masala and boil for 2 minutes and add thick milk,salt to taste and boil
