Method
For 1/4 kg Cauliflower/Tendlim/Pumpkin Add 250gms prawns,Add 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Goa2Gulf Goan Caldin Masala,2 Green chillies,2 Large onions, a piece of Ginger,6 flakes of Garlic ,1 Tablespoon sugar,5gms Tamarind and 1 large coconut.Grind all to a fine paste,saute this mixture in 2 Tablespoon of oil till mixture leaves the side of the pan.Add 2 cups of waterand bring to boil. Add previously boiled vegetables and prawns and salt to taste.
