Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms) – NANA’S XACUTI GRAVY PASTE. (b) MEAT [Chicken / Lamb / Beef] : (Approx 750 gms) – Cut it into desired pieces. Season it with Salt, and set it aside for some time. (c) Tomatoes: (2 Medium) – ground to a fine paste. (d) Coconut: (One full)-Grated, lightly fried in oil and ground with Water to a fine paste OR Coconut Milk (400 ml).

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(e) Salt and (f) Cooking oil: As required (g) Curry Leaves: Approx. 50 (h) Green Chilies: 5-6 vertically split (i) Chopped coriander leaves (optional) and (j) Potato finger chips-for garnishing.

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine and mix well (a) the seasoned MEAT (b) NANA’S XACUTI GRAVY PASTE. Marinate for 30 – 45 mins.
  • In hot cooking oil stir-fry the marinated MEAT thoroughly. Add the (a) Curry leaves (b) Tomato paste, (c) Green Chilies, and continue to stir-fry. Add (d) Coconut Paste / Milk (e) and Water depending on the thickness and consistency of the gravy required.
  • Cover and simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the Meat pieces are cooked, and gravy turns thick. CHECK for salt. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves (Optional) and Potato finger chips, and SERVE HOT.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS      

  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILIES.
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD COCONUT PASTE / MILK.

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
