Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire Pack (150gms) – NANA’S MOLHO SEASONING PASTE.

(b) SEAFOOD: Fried Mackarels / Fried Kingfish : (Approx. 100 gms.) OR Fried Prawns: (Approx. 150 gms.) Clean, wash, cut the Fish into desired pieces / Shell and de-vein the Prawns. Season it with Salt, and keep it aside for some time. Shallow fry the seasoned Fish / Prawns.

OTHER INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

(c) Salt and (d) Cooking Oil (As required) (e) Vinegar (optional)

1 STEP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

To the FRIED Fish OR Prawns, add NANA’S MOLHO SEASONING PASTE, and continue to gently stir-fry, on low flame for some time. CHECK for Salt and Vinegar. Add if required. Cool and bottle, with a layer of Cooking Oil (heated and cooled) on the top.  REFRIGERATE for a better shelf-Life MATURE for 5 – 6 Days for a great taste.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILIES.
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD FRIED ONION PASTE.

Red Chilies, Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Spices & Condiments, Jaggery Refined Sunflower Cooking Oil, Vinegar, Salt, and Preservative (INS 211)

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
