Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150gms) – NANA’S VINDALHO GRAVY PASTE. (b) MEAT [Pork / Chicken / Lamb / Beef] or SEAFOOD [Fish / Prawns]: (Approx. 750 gms.)-Cut it into desired pieces. Season with salt, and set it aside for some time. (Partially boil Lamb / Beef in a little water, to tenderize) (c) Tomatoes: (3 Medium) – Ground to a fine Paste.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(d) Salt and (e) Cooking oil – As required (f) Chopped Coriander Leaves. (Optional)

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine and mix well (a) the seasoned MEAT / SEAFOOD and (b) NANA’S VINDALHO GRAVY PASTE. Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • In hot cooking oil stir-fry the marinated MEAT / SEAFOOD thoroughly. Add (a) Tomato paste and continue to stir-fry (b) Add Water, depending on the thickness and consistency of the gravy required.
  • Cover and simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the MEAT / SEAFOOD is cooked, and gravy turns thick. CHECK for Salt. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves (optional), and SERVE HOT.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • VINEGAR CAN BE ADDED AS PER PREFERENCE.
  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILIES.
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD TOMATO PASTE.

Vinegar, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Red Chilies, Purified Water, Spices and Condiments,  Refined Sunflower Cooking Oil, Salt, Sugar,  Yeast Extract Powder, Paprika Oleoresin and Preservative (INS 211)

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
