Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms.) – NANA’S SORPOTEL GRAVY PASTE. (b) Pork (Sorpotel) Meat: (Approx. 750 gms) – Season the whole chunks of Meat with Salt and parboil for some time. KEEP THE STOCK ASIDE. Cool and dice the Meat into small cubes. Stir-fry it in Oil till it is lightly browned. (c) Onions: (2 medium) Cut into fine pieces. Stir-fry till golden brown

COMMON INGREDIENT REQUIRED

(d) Salt and (e) Cooking Oil – As required (f) Sugar: (Optional) – 2 teaspoons

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • To the (a) stir-fried browned Onions, add (b) NANA’S SORPOTEL GRAVY PASTE and stir-fry further for some more time.
  • Add the (a) STOCK, and bring it to a boil. Add (b) the diced browned Meat. Add (c) Water depending on the consistency and thickness of the gravy required
  • Cover and simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the MEAT is cooked, and gravy turns slightly thick. Add Sugar. (Optional) CHECK for Salt, and SERVE HOT.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTION

  • VINEGAR CAN BE ADDED AS PER PREFERENCE.
  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILLIES.
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD FRIED ONION PASTE.

Storage Instruction
