Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms.) NANA’S AMBOT-TIK GRAVY PASTE. (b) Fish (preferably Shark, Catfish) OR Prawns: (Approx. 350 to 400 gms.) – Cut the Fish into desired pieces / Shell and de-vein the Prawns. Season it with Salt and keep it aside. (c) Onions: (2 medium) – finely cut (d) Tomatoes: (2 medium) – finely cut – Stir fry the Onions till they become Golden brown, then add the Tomatoes, and fry till they become soft. Grind this stir-fried mixture, into a fine paste (e) Sugar: (2 teaspoons) (more or less – as per individual preference).

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(f) Salt and (g) Cooking Oil – As required

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • To the (a) Onion – Tomato ground paste, (b) Add NANA’S AMBOT – TIK GRAVY PASTE, and fry further for some time.
  • Add (a) Water depending on the thickness and consistency of the gravy required, and bring the mixture to a boil. Add the (b) seasoned Fish pieces / Prawns. Add the (c) Sugar.
  • Cover and simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the Fish pieces / Prawns are thoroughly cooked, and gravy turns slightly thick. CHECK for Salt. SERVE HOT.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • VINEGAR CAN BE ADDED AS PER INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCE.
  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILLIES.
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD ONION – TOMATO PASTE.

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
