KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a)Contents of this pack (as required) – NANA’S RECHEADO SEASONING PASTE. (b) FISH [Preferably Mackerel, Pomfret] – Clean, wash, and slit the Fish on either side, of the spine bone. Season it with Salt.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(c) Salt and (d) Cooking Oil – (As required).

2 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stuff NANA’S RECHEADO SEASONING PASTE, inside both the slits, and set it aside for some time
  • Shallow pan fry in hot cooking oil, on a medium flame, till done and SERVE HOT.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • VINEGAR CAN BE ADDED AS PER PREFERENCE.

Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilies, Spices and Condiments, Sugar, Salt, Tamarind, Onion, Yeast Extract Powder, Paprika Oleoresin and Preservative (INS 211)

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
