Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms) – NANA’S CAFREAL SEASONING PASTE.

(b) CHICKEN: (Approx. 750 gms) – Cut it into large pieces. Season with salt, and set it aside for some time. (c) Onions: (2 medium) – Finely chopped. (d) Butter: 3-4 tablespoons OR more if required.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(e) Salt and (f) Cooking oil – As required (g) Chopped coriander leaves – (optional) (h) Potato finger chips.

3 STEPS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine and mix well (a) the seasoned Chicken pieces (b) NANA’S CAFREAL SEASONING PASTE. Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • In (a) hot cooking oil, stir-fry the (b) Onions, till golden brown. Then add and stir-fry the (c) marinated Chicken thoroughly. Add water.
  • Simmer on a low flame, stirring occasionally till the Chicken pieces are cooked, and gravy turns thick and coats the Chicken. Add (a) Butter , and keep on gently turning till the Chicken pieces are browned all over. CHECK for Salt. Garnish with (b) chopped Coriander leaves (optional), (c) Potato finger chips, and SERVE HOT.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILLIES.
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD FRIED ONION PASTE.

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
