Ingredients

Palm Vinegar,Cumin Seeds, Peppercorns, Turmeric, Cloves, Cinnamon, Red Chillies, Ginger, Garlic, Tamarind

Directions

Requirement 1Kg Beef/Pork Meat, salt to taste

Preparation Apply 1tsp salt and 2 tblsp Roast Meat Paste to the meat keep the meat aside for 2-3 hours and fork the meat. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a vessel, add one whole red chilli, a small piece of cinnamon and 2 cloves, add 2 chopped onions. Add marinated meat with little water and cook till tender

Storage Instructions

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
