Suggested Tips / Receipe

KEY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(a) Entire pack (150 gms.) NANA’S CRAB / PRAWN XEC – XEC GRAVY PASTE (b) Crabs OR Prawn – 500 gms. Clean and season it with Salt. (c) Coconut : (One full)- Grated, lightly fried in Oil, and ground with water, to a fine paste OR Coconut Milk – 1 can (400 ml), (d) Onions – ( 2 medium) – finely chopped. (e) Tomato – (1 medium) – cut length wise. (f) Green Chilli – 2 – slit length wise.

COMMON INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

(g) Salt and (h) Cooking Oil -As required. (i) Fresh Green Coriander – Chopped (for garnishing)

3 STEPS – COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stir fry the chopped (a) Onions in hot Cooking Oil till golden brown. Add (b) NANA’S CRAB / PRAWN XEC XEC GRAVY PASTE, and continue to stir fry for some time.
  • Add the (a) Coconut Paste / Coconut Milk, and some (b) Water, depending on the thickness and consistency of the gravy required, and bring the whole mixture to a boil. Add the seasoned (c) Crabs / Prawns. Add the (d) Tomatoes and the (e) Green Chilies.
  • Cover and simmer on a low flame, till done. Adjust for Salt. Garnish with (a) Fresh Coriander Leaves, and SERVE HOT.

 

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • TO INCREASE SPICE ADD SLIT GREEN CHILIES.
  • TO DECREASE SPICE ADD COCONUT PASTE / MILK

Storage Instruction

Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
