Xacuti also called as Shagoti in the local language Konkani is a complex flavored dish with sliced or grated coconut and large dried red chilies and is usually prepared with chicken or lamb.

Method

For 1 Kg Chicken or Mutton Add 3 Tablespoon of Marcarflys Xacuti Powder Masala, 1 Medium size Coconut (Roasted) with 1 Onion cut lengthwise, 4 Onions, a piece of Ginger, 10 flakes of Garlic, 15 gms Tamarind and Salt to Taste
